Troopers: Canaseraga Man Charged With Over Half A Dozen Violent Offenses

CANASERAGA, NY – State Police in Allegany County are reporting that Jeremiah Krupp, 38, of Canaseraga, was arrested on the following charges:

Attempted Assault 1st w/intent cause serious injury w/weapon (Felony), Strangulation 2nd (Felony), Criminal Obstruction Breathing (Misdemeanor), Menacing 2nd w/Weapon (Misdemeanor), Assault 3rdw/intent cause physical injury (Misdemeanor), Act in a Manner Injuring a Child less than 17 (Misdemeanor), Criminal Mischief-Prevent request for emergency call (Misdemeanor), and Torturing or Injuring Animals (Misdemeanor).

officials say that all of those charges are come from conduct from over a one day period, in the Town of Burns.

Krupp was processed at SP Amity and arraigned in Town of Burns Court before T/J Trickler.
Krupp was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
