Allegany Co. Residents Face Drug Charges After Pullover On I-390 In Geneseo

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty reports the arrest of three Allegany County residents after a traffic stop on I-390. The sheriff says that Deputy Shawn Whitford stopped a vehicle in the Town of Geneseo for a traffic violation, as well as seeing a wanted person in the vehicle. According to the sheriff, Deputy Whitford discovered that the driver, 34 year Keith Hennard of Fillmore, was in possession of cocaine. Hennard was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Officials also report that after Deputy Whitford searched the vehicle, hey found drug paraphernalia and heroin. The passengers, 34 year old Hannah Jones of Belmont and 31 year old Annetta N. Barrett of Friendship, were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Barrett was also charged with Criminal Impersonation because she allegedly lied about who she was, and had outstanding warrants issued for her out of Allegany County. Annetta Barrett was later charged in the county jail, for allegedly hiding drugs on her, those drugs were reportedly found (9 bags) on her, in her jail cell after she was arrested.
