WELLSVILLE, NY – The Wellsville Regional News website reports that former Environmental Conservation Police Officer Ken Basile of Wellsville was found guilty of obstruction of justice, and not guilty of official misconduct. The Wellsville Regional News page says that Basile is a former DEC officer who was assigned to Allegany County, accused of leaking info to drug dealers.
