LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – There were two more drug arrests on 390 in Livingston County this week. Sheriff Dougherty reports that in two separate incidents, Randy Frank, 47, of Angelica, and Robert Adams, 38, of Woodhull, were both charged for allegedly possessing crack cocaine. The two suspects were both released on their own recognizance and issued appearance tickets.
