Drug and Other Charges Against Suspect At Houghton College

HOUGHTON, NY – State Police are reporting that a 30 year old male from Nunda, has been charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Trespass, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
After receiving a call about a suspicious person complaint at Houghton College, State Police say they discovered the suspect in possession of scrap metal belonging to the College which the suspect had stolen from the campus. The suspect was also said to have had marihuana and drug paraphernalia with residue remaining from a drug that he had previously consumed.
The 30 year old male was issued appearance tickets returnable to T/Candeadea Court.
