Audio: Alfred Almond School Superintendent Rich Calkins

April 20, 2017

Alfred-Almond School Superintendent Rich Calkins is speaking out today, about the Wednesday night, April 19th, Alfred-Almond Board of Education meeting, where he was criticized by a group of people who felt that Calkins could have been more strict, with a former employee, who was pressured to resign, after making alleged inappropriate statements to students.

Superintendent Calkins maintains that his hands are basically tied, because his critics can speak freely, and he is not allowed to discuss personnel matters publicly.
