ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – State Police in Amity are reporting a fight that happened in the Town of Willing On Sunday, at about 3:30am. According to troopers, two men were fighting outside on the street. According to officials, Rickie Moultrup, 38, Alma, was striking a vehicle with a claw hammer and struck Brian Black, 41, of the Town of Willing. State Police also say that a gun was fired by Brian Black, during the altercation. Troopers say that a bullet struck the windshield of the vehicle. Both men are facing numerous charges and both are in Allegany County Jail, $5,000 bail for each.
