BATH, NY – Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker reports that 25 year old Amber Lapish-Rosado of Bath, was convicted this morning, in a child abuse case. The district attorney says that Lapish-Rosado, twice, burned her five year old son, in the forehead with a lit cigarette.
Baker called the suspect despicable, and praised the 5 year old victim for having the courage to go up on the stand and testify against his mother.
