BATH, NY – From Bath Police Chief Chad Mullen:
The Village of Bath Police Department is looking for Justin J. Snyder, age 29, of Roosevelt Avenue in the Village of Bath. Mr. Snyder failed to appear on two appearance tickets for Conspiracy 4th degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence, both class E felonies. The arrest stems from a Burglary in the Town of Cameron and Robbery in the Village of Bath in October 2018. The arrest warrant was issued by Judge James Burns in Bath Court. Do not attempt to apprehend Mr. Snyder but contact Bath PD at 607-776-2175 with any information as to his whereabouts.
