FROM BATH POLICE CHIEF CHAD MULLEN:
The Village of Bath Police Department with the assistance of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Corning Police Department, Hornell Police Department, New York State Police and the Steuben County District Attorneys drug initiative, report the following grand jury indictment arrests. These arrests stem from a three month investigation into narcotics sales in and around the village of Bath. The Village of Bath Police Department did arrest and process the listed 9 subjects for narcotics sales in the Village of Bath. In total there were 14 individuals that were arrested during Operation Free Fall. 5 other individuals were arrested and processed by either the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office or the New York State Police:
Robert L Harley, age 34, of Bath, was arrested for 1 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and 1 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, all class B felonies.
Gerald D. Iverson, age 48, of Rochester, was arrested for 1 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and 1 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, all class B felonies.
Jill S. Marshall, age 50, of Bath, NY, was arrested for 1 count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and 1 count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, all class B felonies.
Scotty Youngs, age 35, of Bath, NY, was arrested for 2 count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree and 2 count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, all class D felonies.
James B. Elward, age 53, of Hornell, NY, was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, both class C felonies and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, both class D felonies.
Ernest L Crooks, age 34, of Cameron, NY, was arrested was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, all class B felonies.
Patrick L. Travis, age 52, of Bath, NY, was arrested for 1 count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and 1 count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, all class B felonies.
Deborah A. Warner, age 58, of Bath, NY, was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, all class B felonies.
Samantha M. Henderson, age 28, of Bath, NY, was arrested for 1 count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree and 1 count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, both class D felonies.
