From Bath Police Chief Chad Mullen:
The Village of Bath Police Department reports with the assistance of the New York State Police K-9 unit wanted Robbery suspect Kyle Krisher was placed into custody at 2:30 pm on Peacock Road in the Town of Bath.
This was a joint operation by members of the Village Bath Police Department, New York State Police – Bath and the New York State Parole. Kyle is currently being held in the Steuben County Jail on a parole violation and will be arraigned on the Robbery charges at a later date.
Chief Chad Mullen would like to thank all members of the Bath Police Department, New York State Police, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Parole for their hard work tracking down all of the suspects that were arrested due to a home invasion Robbery that took place in the Village on October of this year.
