Bath Woman Seriously Injured, Her Vehicle Hit By Ambulance

March 12, 2015

A Bath woman was seriously injured Wednesday when her vehicle was hit nearly head-on by a Finger Lakes ambulance in Bath.

State Police say Teresa Snyder, 48, was taken to Robert Packer hospital with a head injury, and was listed in critical condition.

A passenger in the ambulance, paramedic David Forester, 55, of Dansville, was taken to Strong Hospital, and listed in guarded condition.

Troopers say the ambulance was not in emergency operation at the time. The driver of the ambulance, Jami Haag, 29, of Geneva, was not injured. Haag was cited for unsafe speed.

An investigation continues.
