The Poughkeepsie Journal is reporting that Hornell native Bill Pullman will be receiving an award for Excellence in Acting at the upcoming Woodstock Film Festival, which will be held in October. The executive director of the Woodstock Film Festival recently called Bill Pullman “one of the finest and most versatile actors today.”
At the Woodstock Film Festival, they will be screening “The Ballad of Lefty Brown,” a movie where Pullman plays the title role.
