Bloomberg News is reporting that Wellsville native Paul Ceglia was not at his home on Sunday, when U.S. Marshals went to his Wellsville residence to check on him.
Bloomberg quotes Ceglia attorney Robert Fogg as saying that U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara is the one who informed Fogg’s law office that Ceglia was not there when the marshals went to his home on Sunday, March 8, and that the ankle bracelet had been taken off.
