LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty reports that two local men were picked up in a drug arrest on 390 in Livingston County. According to the sheriff, Nicholas O’Dell, 29, of Canisteo is accused of both having in his possesion (and trying to hide it from law enforcement), four bags of heroin.
Patrick Briggs, 27, Wellsville, the driver of the vehicle, is accused was found to be in possession of seven bags of cocaine. The two suspectswere both charged and remanded to Livingston County Jail, $2500 bail for O’Dell and $5,000 bail for Briggs.
