CANISTEO, NY – Canisteo Police Chief Kyle Amidon reports that Michael Dubois, 30, Canisteo, has been charged with criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, this is the second time that Dubois was arrested in recent months on drug charges.
