Canisteo Man Charged In 390 Pullover

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – Three people are facing felony drug charges, after a pullover on I-390 in Livingston County. Sheriff Tom Dougherty reports that Jason Quick, 35, Canisteo, is accused of criminal possession of marijuana in the 3rd degree. According to the sheriff, there was over a pound of marijuana in the vehicle, which was reportedly pulled over for vehicle and traffic violations.

The other suspects, Marcus Ruckdeschel, Nunda, 26, and Dylan Lew, Portageville, 19, were also charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the 3rd degree. Additionally, Lew was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree for alleged cocaine possession.

Officials say there was also 4 grams of cocaine in the vehicle.
