ALFRED, NY – Alfred Village Police Chief Paul Griffith reports that there was a car chase on Friday, at Alfred University. According to Police Chief Griffith, Christopher Foster, 45, of Alfred, is charged with DWI, attempted vehicular assault, leaving the scene of an accident, and unlawfully fleeing a police officer. Foster is now in Allegany County Jail, $5,000 bail.
Alfred Police were assisted by Alfred University Public Safety and New York State Police.
