Cocaine Arrests In Hornell

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police charged two former Hornell residents for allegedly selling cocaine. David Cheraud Cage, 30, and Charles Townsend, 31, both of who were prisoners at the time of yesterday’s arrest, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree. Hornell Police Investigator Tom Aini says both suspects are being held without bail, and that the Steuben County District Attorney’s Office and Steuben County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigations. More arrests are pending.
