HORNELL, NY – Aopearing on today’s WLEA Newsmaker Show, Dr. Byron Collins announced that starting in September, full anesthesiology will be back 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and that full surgery will be back 24-7 too.
That means that people who need appendixes and tonsils out, especially in emergency situations, will be able to have them done at St. James Hospital, and that patients will not have to be transported to other hospitals for these surgeries.
