MOUNT MORRIS, NY – Sheriff Thomas Dougherty reports that there was a fatal accident in Mount Morris on Thursday afternoon, in the 3pm hour. Deceased is a Francis Nasca, 86 years old of Geneseo. Sheriff Doughtery says that the investigation shows that slippery road conditions caused Nasca to collide with a commercial size vehicle. The other driver was not hurt.
Officials say that the investigation into the accident was conducted by the Livingston County Sheirff’s Office and assisted by New York State Police , Mt. Morris Police Department and the Mt. Morris Fire Department.
