STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – State Police report that on Sunday afternoon, just before 4:30pm, there was a car/motorcycle accident on State Route 415 in the Town of Campbell. According to State Troopers, a 2003 Subaru station wagon being operated Robert Neally, 42, Campbell, turned left directly into the path of a southbound 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle and killed Terry Hill, age 65, of Lindley. Hill was pronounced dead at the scene by the Steuben County Coroner. Officials say that Neally was arrested for DWI and traffic charges, with criminal charges pending.
