Gillibrand’s Bill To Get Bridge Money From Federal Gov’t To States Is Passed By Both Houses

WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand says her legislation to help states get federal funding for bridge work, has passed in both the house and senate, and has been sent to the president’s desk to be signed.
 
According to the senator, there are 53 structurally deficient bridges in Steuben County, and 51 functionally obsolete bridges in this county. Gillibrand also says there are 38 structurally deficient bridges in Allegany County, 21 functionally obsolete bridges there.
