NY TIMES: CUOMO WILL TALK UP MEDICAL MARIJAUNA IN HIS UPCOMING STATE OF THE STATE SPEECH

The New York Times is reporting that in his upcoming state of the state speech on Wednesday, Governor Andrew Cuomo is going to talk about allowing medical marijuana for those with serious illnesses, in 20 hospitals in New York State.
The Times also reports that because Republican lawmakers are opposed to this, the governor wants to bypass the state senate and assembly and legalize medical marijauna by using a public health law provision.
