SAVONA, NY – The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports that Carl Brown, 53, of Savona is accused of pointing a gun at someone during an argument. Officials with the sheriff’s department report that the weapon is believed to have been a stolen gun, that Brown is accused of threatening someone with.
The charges against Brown are menacing in the 2nd degree, and criminal possession of a stolen weapon in the 4th degree.
