CANISTEO, NY – The Canisteo Town Board is looking at working out a fair price for the Canisteo Dog Shelter to charge Hartsville Town Hall, because of the all of the dogs they say are coming in from Hartsville into Canisteo. The new Canisteo Town Highway truck will be going into use starting next month.
In other Canisteo Town news, Royce Kilmer resigned from the Board of Assessment Review, and the town will be looking for a replacement.
Also, they’re looking at tearing off the old town hall roof, and replacing it with a tin roof.
