Hornell Man, Wanted On Drug Charges, Caught in NJ

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police Investigator Tom Aini reports that a Hornell resident, Brandon Miles, 25, formerly of Wells Street, Hornell, was found by law enforcement to be in Burlington County, NJ, and has been brought back to Hornell to face drug charges.

Miles was wanted in Hornell, by Hornell Police, for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree. Miles is now in Steuben County Jail without bail, and will face an additional charge of failing to report to a probation officer, because at the time of the investigation, Miles was on probation for pleading guilty to attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree.
