Hornell Police: Lots Of $ and Marijuana In A Car Driven By Bolivar Residents

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police Captain Mike Sexsmith reports that Hornell Police pulled over a vehicle on Jane Street last night, and that two Bolivar residents had a lot of money and marijuana inside the vehicle.

Charged are Andrew Smith, 23, and Lynn Quaintance, 24, both of 125 North Main Street in Bolivar. Hornell Police Captain Mike Sexsmith says there was concentrated marijuana, including concentrated cannibus for vape pens and gummy bears with concentrated marijuana inside them. The charges against Smith and Quaintence are two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree, criminal possession of marijuana 4th degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Captain Sexsmith says that the evidence was indicative of street sales of drugs.
