CANISTEO, NY – State Police are reporting that a 19 year old Hornell teenage boy is dead, after a fatal accident in the Town of Canisteo on New Years Even. According to State Police, Hunter Kolesar, 19, of Reservoir Road, Hornell, was in an accident on County Route 29 in Canisteo, that was called in just before 10pm, Wednesday night. State Troopers say that Kolesar was in a vehicle, being driven by 18 year old Thomas Flynn of Hornell, and that the vehicle went off the road and hit a tree.
Flynn is in stable condition at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre Pennsylvania. Flynn is charged with DWI.
