Jim Tracy Sues Four Florida Atlantic Law Enforcement Officers

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA – An attorney representing Hornell native, longtime communications professor Dr. James Tracy, has filed a lawsuit on Tracys behalf, against four Florida Atlantic law enforcement officers, claiming that when Tracy was fired from FAU, that four law enforcement officers who worked at the school, looked up confidential information about Tracy, using the Florida Highway database.

Tracy is suing each of the four officers individually, asking for compensatory and punitive damages, attorneys’ fees, court costs and injunctions against them.
