Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker reports that Kerrie Neurater, the daughter of Michelle Neurater, has confessed to helping her father in the murder plot to kill Michelle Neurater, a homicide staged to look like a suicide.

The district attorney also says that Kerrie Neurater is going to get, in exchange for her testimony, a sentence of no more than 15 years in prison. Kerrie Neurater is now in Steuben County Jail, her father’s trial will begin on September 24.
