January 13, 2015 – HORNELLSVILLE, NY – Larry “Hot Dog” Stephens has filed another Hornellsville lawsuit. This one is an Article 78 suit against the Town of Hornellsville and Hornellsville Town Clerk Sheryl Isaman individually.
The issue: freedom of information requests.
At past town meetings, Stephens has said he does not get his FOIL requests, Sheryl Isaman says that’s not the case: that Stephens does get the FOIL requests.
