HORNELLSVILLE, NY – In a week from today on tuesday, October 20th, it’s scheduled for North Hornell Village Trustee Frank Libordi’s case, to try to get Hornellsville Town Supervisor Ken Isaman removed from office. The case will be heard in the state court of appeals in Rochester, by Judge Samuel Green.
