Livingston Co. Sheriff: 36 Bags Inside Angelica Car

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty reports that Deputy Jason Butterbrodt, pulled over Sarah Erhman, 39, of Angelica, and that she had 36 bags of heroin inside the vehicle.

Erhman was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. She was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing and pre-arraignment detention. Ehrman was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part (LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Leicester Judge Rich White. The Judge did remand Ehrman to the custody of the Sheriff on $100 cash bail or $200 bond.
