LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty reports that arrest of Danielle Allen, age 21 of Livonia, regarding the homicide investigation at 3410 Fowlerville Road in the Town of York.
On Friday, December 2, at approximately 11am, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Investigators did take Allen into custody. Allen is charged with Manslaughter in the 2nd Degree, a class C Felony, for the death of her ex-boyfriend, Marcus Postell, 22, of the Town of York. .
Allen was transported to the Livingston County Jail and turned over to Central Booking Deputies. The District Attorney’s Office recommended bail at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
Allen was arraigned in York Town Court before Justice Purtell. The Judge did remand Allen to the custody of the Sheriff on $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. Allen is being held in the Livingston County Jail.
