Sept 4th, 2019

HORNELL, NY – Steuben County Republicans had their first reception and ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday evening at their new location located on the corner of Main St. and Broadway in the city. Their old location was located on 79 Seneca St. across from the American Legion.

Current Hornell Alderman Jessica Cleveland (6th), Jim Bassage(8th), Dan Warriner(5th), and 7th Ward candidate Kevin Valentine were in attendance along with the state’s 133rd Assembly Rep Marjorie Burns, Steuben County GOP Chairman Joe Sempolinski, Hornell Republican Party Chairman and candidate for Steuben County legislator Paul Van Castle, Mayor John Buckley, and Assembly Community Liaison Mike Palmesano.

The newly acquired 3,000 sq ft facility will be open periodically for get-to-gethers and to pick up signs prior to the upcoming elections, and also according to Van Castle someone should be there daily to answer questions or for any community needs.
