ARKPORT, NY – Flanders, Amidon and Hedges won in Arkport.
Mayor Charlie Flanders – 75
Jon Hedges – 77
Patty Amidon – 63
Susie Thompson – 42
So Patty Amidon, the Democrat candidate, and incumbent Republican Jon Hedges, as well as Mayor Charlie Flanders.
Mayor Flanders said that 101 voters for an Arkport Village election “is phenomenal.” Flanders also thanked all the voters who took the time to come out on Tuesday.
 
ALFRED, NY – The two candidates, both won in their unopposed races.
Becky Prophet – 43
Andrew McMinnes Jr. – 43
McMinnes was seeking the Brad Bowden seat, as Bowden did not run again, and Becky Prophet was an incumbent candidate.
 
NORTH HORNELL, NY – In the Village of North Hornell, Libordi and Ingalls are the winners.
Joseph Dick – 27
Maureen Broughton – 51
Joseph Ingalls – 86
Frank Libordi – 65
 
So the two trustees in North Hornell will be Frank Libordi and Joseph Ingalls.
 
CANISTEO, NY – All three candidates won their unopposed races, and there were no write-in’s.
Paul Cone Jr. – 19 votes
Tim Harkenrider – 18 votes
Grant Seaman – 16 votes
 
A total of 22 Canisteo village voters showed up to vote, and that was a low voter turnout, but it should be noted that there was no opposition, in any of the races this year in Canisteo.
