Mayor Hogan Is In Toronto Today, Accepting An Award

HORNELL, NY – Mayor Shawn Hogan is in Toronto, Canada today, accepting an economic development award from the International Business Council. The mayor, who is not seeking re-election, was given the award because of his years of service to economic work for Hornell, including such achievements as preventing the hospital from closing, and working to secure the Amtrak contract with the Hornell Alstom facility.

The International Business Council noted that Hogan was responsible for overseeing 36 major projects that brought in over 300 million dollars in private investments.
