BATH, NY – Bath Village Police and the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of four suspects, who are accused of running a meth lab in Bath. The suspects are charged with Unlawfully Manufacturing Methamphetamine in the third degree. Their names are:
Jerry L. Barnes, 46, 109 Howell Street, Bath ($50,000 bail)
Martha M. Barnes, 48, 109 Howell Street, Bath ($10,000 bail)
John L. Landsborough, 51, 109 Howell Street, Bath ($50,000 bail)
Emily J. Ayers, 38, 109 Howell Street, Bath ($10,000 bail)
The suspects were all arraigned in Bath Village Court by Judge Watches.
