HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police have released the names of the suspects who were charged on Friday in two drug busts.
Arrested at 12 Ransom Street, apt. 201, were Wanda Wilson, 49, Sallie Draper, 61, Timothy Foskey, 50. They were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Arrested at 44 Center Street were Stacy Cabic, 32, and Donte Buchanan, 33. Both Buchanan and Cabic were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. Cabic was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
At both addresses, Hornell Police noted that there were quantities of crack cocaine, packaged for street sales.
Hornell Police Captain Mike Sexsmith says that the investigation was led by Hornell Police Investigator Tom Aini, with members of the Hornell Police Department, members of the Steuben County District Attorney’s Drug Initative Task Force, and uniformed and canine members of state police, and the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department.
Sexsmith also says that the Hornell Police Department is urging Hornell residents to turn in a drug pusher at the following email: tip@cityofhornell.com or call Hornell Police at 324-2860.
Police say that all reports will be treated anonymously.
