BATH, NY – According to Steuben County Legislative spokesperson Mary Perham, a new Steuben County law that was passed Monday by the county Legislature, allows sparkler sales to people 18 and older from June 1 – July 5, and from December 26 – January 2.
Perham noted that distributors, manufacturers, and retailers will be required to comply with any and all state laws and regulations regarding registration requirements.
