HORNELL, NY – There was a good turnout for the signing/dedication of the book “Big Red Our Time” written by Robert L. Wiggins with former Red Raider football coach Gene Mastin at the Main Place at 2pm Sunday. Many ex-players, parents, and coaches were in attendance. Current Red Raider football coach Erik Werner played a video of highlights, as the crowd mingled. The book was released on September 25.
Author Robert Wiggins was born in Utica, New York and grew up in Rome, New York. For nearly forty years he worked as a clinical pharmacist. He is now retired and he and his wife Colleen now reside in Johnson City, Tennessee.
