Nojay Called “A Friend To Small Business”

August 25, 2016

The National Federation of Independent Business has announced that Assemblyman Bill Nojay (R, Pittsford) has a perfect 100 percent rating as a business-friendly lawmaker in New York State.

“When I was elected to the Assembly I said I would work to restore Upstate’s economy and I took action to make that happen,” said Nojay. “As a lifelong resident of Upstate New York, I have firsthand experience with the issues facing our economy, and I have brought that experience with me to Albany every year since I was sworn in. It is this knowledge, coupled with the concerns of my colleagues in the small business community, which have helped me achieve this score. While we have made progress, my work on behalf of the people of New York is not finished. Small-business ownership has always been the cornerstone of a strong economy, and going forward I will continue to do all I can to support the entrepreneurs who make our economy thrive.”
