Paul Ceglia Will Have to Face Federal Charges

BUFFALO, NY – After trying to get federal fraud charges against him dismissed, Wellsville native Paul Ceglia
has been told by a federal judge that the charges are not dismissed.

Bloomberg.com reports the following:

“U.S. District Judge Andrew L. Carter Jr. today rejected Ceglia’s argument that he can’t be prosecuted for fraud for using allegedly phony evidence to support his claim that he signed a contract with Zuckerberg in 2003 that gave him a share in what became the world’s biggest social network. 3-00256. The civil case is Ceglia v. Zuckerberg et al, U.S. District Court, Western District of New York, No. 10-00569.”
