Police Chief Ted Murray Contradicts Dakota Miller’s Testimony

BATH, NY – In Steuben County Court on Wednesday, Hornell Police Chief Ted Murray and relatives of Dakota Miller testified on the stand. Miller denies injuring the baby.

The D.A. also says that Hornell Police Chief Murray contradicted Miller while the police chief was on the stand, on Wednesday. Murray testified that while in Hornell City Lockup, that he spoke with Dakota Miller, and that Miller admitted to to causing the bizarre injuries to the baby.

The jury is expected to go into deliberation today.
