ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – State Police report that Daniel Butler, 28, Belmont, is accused of robbing Crosby’s Store on Route 19 in Amity. Troopers say that Butler went in to Crosby Store, partially showing a weapon and demanding money, then leaving the store with some cash. According to State Police, Butler turned himself in just hours after the robbery, and is now in Allegany County Jail, $25,000 bail.
