ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – Officials from the Allegany County Office of the Aging, report that several senior citizens have complained that they have gotten visits from scam artists who claim to be contractors. According to the Office of the Aging, scam artists try to pressure seniors into giving them money right there and then at the first visit.
