HORNELL, NY – State Senator Tom O’Mara and Hornell 9th Ward Alderman John Buckley will be hosting a Town Hall later this month. The topic will be addressing the drug/opioid epidemic in our region. “We will discuss what is being done on the state and local levels to combat the epidemic from a law enforcement standpoint as well as treatment for those who have fallen victim to drug use,” Buckley stated.
This will be on Saturday, April 22, at 11am, at the Hornell VFW at 245 Canisteo Street.
Buckley says that the public is encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion.
