Some Common Core Opt-Out Numbers

April 16, 2015

The Rochester Democrat and Chronicle is reporting that there are thousands of empty seats in Monroe County schools this week, because of the opt-out or refusal numbers, of students who are not taking the Common Core Tests.

The Corning Leader reports that almost 500 for the Corning-Painted Post School District are not taking the tests.

The Evening Tribune says that almost 300 are opting out of the Hornell Common Core tests.
