St James Center for Orthopedic Care Opens in January 2014

HORNELL, NY – On January 6, St. James Hospital will be opening up an orthopedic clinic.
The clinic will be run by five doctors, some of whom are surgeons, some of whom are experts in sports medicine.
The Orthopedic team will be made up of:
Michael Leit, MD, orthopedic surgeon with expertise in hand, elbow and shoulder disorders.
Sendhan Rajamanickam, MD, orthopedic surgeon with expertise in degenerative arthritis of the hip and knee,arthritis in young adults, and foot and ankle conditions.
Steven Posnick, MD, orthopedic surgeon with expertise in shoulder and knee conditions and sports medicine.
Christine Blonski, DO, family medicine practioner with expertise in sports medicine
Christopher Leberth, PA, with orthopedics and surgical experience.
“We are extremely excited to welcome Dr. Leit and this outstanding team of orthopedic surgeons to create the St. James Mercy Center for Orthopedic Care and expand orthopedic services in the Hornell Community,” said hospital CEO Jennifer Sullivan.
The orthopedic clinic will be in a building near the hospital, on 432 Canisteo Street.
